We implemented Odoo

This may sound boring to our customers, but it is actually super important: Having a good ERP system for a business is like having a healthy metabolism for a living organism. Without, we cannot provide good customer service, manufacture at low cost or offer affordable pricing. Without, we cannot grow and bring more products to our customers, helping them with their patients. In the past, we had to  use over 9 different software platforms and programs just to operate our business, making daily operations cumbersome and prone to errors and friction problems, frustrating our customers and our teams. With Odoo 16, we settled on the new rising star in the world of ERP platforms. It took almost an entire year for us from project "GO" to "Going Live" in September 2023 (phase1). While most of the changes are invisible to our customers, some are evident and only launched now in January 2024: We have a new website, a new web shop, a better help and support platform, much improved customer communication, and automation. In summary, we believe, our customers will love it because it will make all interaction with us so much easier and better. Enjoy!
